Product Information & Natural Material Characteristics
We strive to ensure that product images, descriptions, and prices displayed on our Site are accurate and reliable. However, due to the following reasons, products may differ slightly from descriptions. These are considered normal and do not constitute defects:
Natural Crystal Characteristics: Natural crystals may contain inclusions such as cracks, cotton-like fibers, pits, slight color variations, and minor size differences. These are unique marks of nature and are not flaws.
Handmade Craftsmanship: Each piece is handcrafted and may have slight variations, which reflect the warmth of handmade artistry.
Screen Color Variation: Colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings. The actual product color should be considered the final reference.

Orders, Payment & Custom-Made Services
Order Confirmation: After you submit an order, we will send an order confirmation notification. However, this does not mean the order has been finally accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to insufficient stock or other reasonable reasons.
Custom-Made Items: All custom-made bracelets and DIY Kits are created exclusively for you. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless the item has a significant quality defect. Please confirm your size and style before placing your order.

Shipping Policy
Free Shipping Worldwide: All bracelets ship free worldwide.
Processing Time: As each bracelet is handmade to order, please allow 7 business days for processing.
Shipping Time: International shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on the destination and logistics.
Tracking Service: A tracking number will be provided for every order so you can monitor the shipping status.

Return & Refund Policy
For hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, wrong size selection, or mismatched expectations.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases: If you receive a severely damaged, unwearable, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order at cs@hanabyqng.com, providing your order number, issue description, and clear photos or videos.
Anti-Tamper Tag Policy: All bracelets come with an anti-tamper tag. Please do not remove the tag until you have confirmed the size and style. Once the tag is removed, the item is considered "used" and cannot be returned or exchanged (except for significant quality issues).
Custom-Made Items Exclusion: Custom-made bracelets and opened/used DIY Kits are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cross-Border Returns: Cross-border return shipping costs are high. For non-quality issues, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Compliance with Local Laws: We accept orders from around the world. If your country or region has laws that provide for consumer protection rights that differ from this policy, we will comply with the mandatory requirements of your local laws.
