Thank you for ordering our handmade crystal bracelets. Each piece is designed and crafted after you place your order, so please allow extra processing time.
Processing Time
We need 7 business days to handcraft your bracelet. Once completed, we will pack and ship it immediately.
Shipping Time
International shipping usually takes 7-15 business days (depending on destination). Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping Method & Tracking
We ship via Hong Kong Post e-Express or Registered Airmail. A tracking number will be provided for every order.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping worldwide on all bracelets.
Customs & Import Taxes
Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
Wrong Address / Unclaimed Package
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to pick up, we will charge a reshipping fee. Order cancellations after shipment will be refunded minus shipping & handling fees.
